I had a hot water slab leak in my home, and received a recommendation from my neighbor for Superstition Plumbing. Don and Jerod tracked down my leaking pipe and mapped out a cost effective solution. Don and Jerod recommended to delete the leaking pipe and re-pipe a new line through the attic and into an exterior wall. It was a nice, clean, professional repair. Updating my review here as this company did a fantastic job reaching back out and admitting their mistake. I can definitely sense that they really cared that they dropped the ball, and in a world where everybody makes mistakes, that's what matters.Very poor experience. After setting an appointment and waiting most of the late morning and early afternoon for the plumber to show up, I called at the 12th hour to find out what was going on.Was told there was an error in their system and they apologized and the guy would be out in a few minutes.30 minutes later, the gps link for the driver that was supposed to show up kept getting further and further from the house... 6 min, 10 min, 12 min.If we wanted to wait all day for a non appointment, we would have called the cable company 😀.Overall, wasted 5 hours.
