Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. I had used Gentry Remodeling to complete a Water Heater Install. They were able to pickup the water heater from the Ferguson Distribution Location, and bring it to my house for the installation. (I, The Customer, Didn't have to worry about procuring the materials, they made this part a Breeze)

The Installation took approximately 3 hours, and now I have consistent hot water flowing throughout the home. I couldn't be more satisfied with their services, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling / Plumbing Services.

I called Monday the 16th to set the appointment. The next day I called to confirm, the woman on the other line told me yes we will be out this morning and we will call you just before we head out . I thought super.
So I get the call that they are heading out, ( this is were it went down hill). I ask if I could get a quote before they start so there aren't any suprises. It was then she went on the aggresive. are you just getting a quote from us and not getting the work done? Ah? no I just don't want to get stuck with a high bill. She then pressed me harder on the issue before hanging up.
A few minutes later she called back and said there were not comimg out I ask why and she said she did'nt like my attitude.

Richard and James replaced my broken toilet cistern and replaced taps on my bathroom sink and mixer taps on bath. I called Richard and discussed the work needed he arrived about an hour later with equipment needed for the job. I was extremely impressed with there professionalism.I am very happy with there work and would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
