I called Frederick ans sons, when my hose pipe brought off the house, and the water was splitting out everything. I had no idea where to the water supply was, they were there within 30 mins of me calling them. The guy was friendly and extremely helpful, and the pricing was no bad at all. Thank you!!!!

We bought our new AC unit online as our old one was on borrowed time. It was backordered but we didn’t mind as the old one still was working. The team that assisted us was great about keeping us up to date about when to expect the unit to arrive and any other issues or concerns as they came up. When the unit was ready a team of two came and did the install. They were both professional, friendly and did a great job! We love our new unit and would definitely refer them to others!

I have used these guys twice now the first time my grandson flushed something down the toilet and Brandon came out to fix it they were able to get to my house quickly and he did a very good job explained everything to me clearly before and during the job and made everything was clean and working well before he left. When I bought a smart thermostat I called them a second time and requested Brandon and got the same great service. Both times the price was given to before the work was started and was what I felt was a good deal. I will always call plumb smart for any plumbing or heating/cooling work that I need done from now on.I know I can count on them to do a good job at fair price and that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend, honest and professional!

Great experience with Dennis and team from Thomas Home Services. Called and he came the same day to fix the leak from my water heater. The whole team was responsive and communicated well despite my frustrating home warranty company. Both Dennis and their front office waited on hold with the warranty company multiple times for long periods of time. I was impressed with their persistence and professionalism and Dennis did a great job fixing the water heater! I will use Thomas Home Services again and ask for Dennis!

Precision professional came out to do an inspection of the AC unit. He also cleaned the electronic filter at no additional cost. He found a surge protector that no longer met code and recommended we replace it. We agreed and he did so in just a few minutes. We are very happy with Precision's work and the value we received. We will definitely use Precision for all our AC, furnace, and plumbing work.

Charlie was great at his trade. He took the time to explain why he was doing and made sure we were satisfied before he left. I like that he followed up a few days later to see how we were doing. I highly recommend 1-800-PLUMBER of Gilbert.

For some reason my toilet kept on leaking from the bottom. The first person I called to come fix it, was late and they did not repair to completely , because 2 weeks later it started to leak again. Finally I had a friend tell me about how good the Neighborhood plumbing did on installing her new shower so I figured I’d tried them. I’m glad I did 1 month later and no leaks! Professional and on time! Definitely worth giving a call!

I had a unique leak from my kitchen sink that was a difficult job for the techs. From identifying the leak to fixing the leak the techs were both very professional. They did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up the mess.If I had one complaint it would be that they don’t repair drywall when it is damaged to make the repair. If they had somebody that could do those repairs it would makes things easier for the customer. Would get a 5 Star if that happened.

The owner Brian, was very responsive and prompt to answer my questions and concerns. The office staff was friendly and easy to schedule with. The technician called me on site and let me know what he found and gave me a couple of estimates with options. Their price was fair for the service and I was grateful for their quick overall response to get my concerns addressed right away. I will definitely be using them again.

The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly.
