A friend referred me to the Dukes of Air. Very glad he did. Very thorough, very professional from estimate(Monty) to install. The crew of Brandon, Damian, Danny, Devohn & Edgar were great! Highly recommend the Dukes!

We called Rooter Hero the evening we were trying to give the water heater its yearly flushing out. (Later learned we were suppose to be doing that twice a year) We discovered the leak at that point. Josef the manager came out personally to assess the situation. That is when I learned that the handyman who did my last repair on the water heater was quite creative in his repair work (Discovered the same level of creatively when it came to the garbage disposal that died the next day.) So unfortunately the weekend this all happened was the same weekend the place to pick up the new water heater and garbage disposal was closed for inventory. Everytime there was an update on when we would be able to get the new equipment. Josef came to tell me in person and to make arrangments for when the work would get done.
For the last five years I have dealt with handymen and professional companies that have done shody work, not return to finish the job etc.
Josef was honest with me from the start as to what the situation was , the choices I had and the predictable consequences that would likely be the results depending on what course of action I choose. I am a straight forward , honest person and appreciate Josefs honesty and straight foeward approach along with the Rooter Hero Co. that came through with their word that they were going to make this situation right! Finally I have a plumbing service I can count on and put into my cell phone permanently. Thanks Kelly Bakker

We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

My technician Robert was absolutely amazing. He serviced my AC unit and my evaporator cooler and he was very honest with his assessment of the units. This was the first time I used this business and now they are my forever Hvac specialist.

We’ve been using Farnsworth for several years and the service is always excellent. We’ve had two A/C units replaced and a third mini-split installed and all were great experiences. Response time is fast and couldn’t ask for better service.

I just had PlumbSmart replace & install two toilets. They responded the same day & were very prompt in setting up an appointment. In particular, Derek did an outstanding job. He was very professional, courteous, & meticulous. Not only did he do a quality job, but we really appreciated how clean he left the workspace after the work was done. I have been a customer of Precision for over 4 years and currently signed up for their maintenance plan. I had an issue with the A/C last week, called Thursday, they came out Friday, which was great. The not so great is that1. I was not supplied an estimate before the work was done2. I was not given any commitment as to how long the part would resolve the issue3. I was charged $900 (After my great 10% discount for being on the maintenance program) for a $135 part (retail) and 45 minutes of labor.I called the office immediately after the service call, spoke to a manager and he stated the technician would need to call me, which he never did. Not sure why the technician would have anything to do with this as I would hope the pricing is centralized - if not then any technician can charge what they want for any service. I am disputing the Credit Card charge and wanted to make others aware. The family owned business does not seem ethical and I will be taking my business else where. At most, this should have been a $300 call, that would be making $150/45 mins labor and $150 on the part.Edit 8.26.2022 after response from business. The technician did not supply an estimate before finishing the work, the technician never called me back, and yes, based on cost, you are not in my opinion, ethical, regardless of whatever award you got. And yes, I have a brand new unit now, sorry you didn’t get the business. Good luck.Dan

Eddie C. was the most professional technician I have ever worked with. I've had 6 water softeners installed in the last 15 years and I would recommend Plumbing Medic (specifically Eddie) to perform the work every time. He came out to give me a quote and installed the softener the same day. The price was reasonable and competitive. He worked hard to do the job right....there were several challenges installing the loop and the work looks amazing. I will never use another plumbing company for any service need as long as I live in the Valley. Thank you Eddie and Plumbing Medic!

Tate was amazing. He was very honest and upfront about some of my concerns. I received many quotes for several jobs that “needed” to be done. Tate came in and set my mind at ease about most of the work and stated all appeared normal. Tate explained everything to me and had demonstrations of the work he was doing so I can see exactly what was going on and the parts he was installed for my faucets. Amazing, highly recommend!!!
