I needed electrical help with a four way switch in my house, and the power coming in to my kitchen for my dishwasher and my garbage disposal. They all were not working after a kitchen demo, Teopros came in and fixed everything within a couple of hours! They were great, easy to work with, and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Frederick and Sons installed a new air conditioner for me today. I love working with them. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and here when they say they will be. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Scott and Paul came out and fixed a couple toilets that were giving us problems and tuned up our AC units that seemed to be running inefficiently and were vibrating. Sam was sent out from my home warranty company. Once he heard I was without A/C, he came out the same day, even though he was busy. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found the part needed. Once the home warranty company approved the work, he came out again in just a couple hours! Sam definitely went above and beyond to make sure my unit was repaired ASAP! I will definitely use them in the future!

I will never use this service again. The tech broke my shower pipe with his tool, and I paid him to replace it. I called the company was assured she would call me back never happened. Called again, my son called no response. A less than a hundred dollar service call went up to over 500! Never again!

Mark fixed a wax ring issue on a toilet in my house. He was very courteous, punctual, and communicated everything effectively including cost. I will definitely use Hansen Family Plumbing and Air again. From the initial call to the follow up texts, etc, the service was great!
