Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

I had a Crazy intermittent problem with my heater Shannon was Awesome and was able to get Jim E. out while the problem was actually happening. Jim was able to diagnosis the problem quickly. Shannon was able to locate the Part and have Jim come back in 2 hours to change out the part and have my heat back on. I was VERY Pleased with they service I was provided with and recommend them to everyone.

I have used precision air and plumbing to replace two air conditioning units and one hot water heater into two different homes. This time I needed to replace a slow working toilet. I called for a quote. The technicians have always been extremely professional and were always willing to answer my questions. The equipment used by precision are top of the line and because of the cost, I was unfortunately unable to have the installation completed by them.

Charlie with 1-800-Plumber fixed an issue that had gone unidentified by others in a matter of minutes. Oh and I walked away not feeling gouged! Very fair, honest and knowledgeable.

Sam came to my house immediately after helping one of my neighbors. He figured out my washer pump had died and cleaned everything out. He also helped me order a new pump on Amazon and as soon as it came, he came right it and replaced it. He ensured my washer was working properly before leaving. He was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this company.
