Sam was sent out from my home warranty company. Once he heard I was without A/C, he came out the same day, even though he was busy. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found the part needed. Once the home warranty company approved the work, he came out again in just a couple hours! Sam definitely went above and beyond to make sure my unit was repaired ASAP!
