Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service. I have faith in this company's professional advice and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything unnecessary towards the repair. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Gerry got here, walked me through why a lot of people who have come and gone, all never even looking inside after seeing something about our drains, and then gave me pricing for the repairs, which were a bit cheaper than I had expected. We talked while he worked, he was quick, friendly, and went about his way.

I have been a Facilities Director in hospitals for 30+ years in 6 states and over my entire career I have always used Roto Rooter. Without fail they have always been honest, professional, clean, well spoken, and there was no sign that they had even rebuilt the entire insides of my toilet. The most important part of any plumbing job is the cleanup after the work. Armando was no different either, it was 5 stars all the way across and he was awesome!

Excellent service and advice from Tim S. during a service call to check on a possible leak from my a/c plumbing into an exterior wall of my house. He called 30 minutes prior to the appointment window to inform me he was inbound, showed up on time, was pleasant, presented a professional appearance in uniform and with the service vehicle. He assessed the situation, tested with two moisture sensors and determined that there was no moisture damage. No charge for the service call. Wow. The past two times I had plumbers out when I had a H/O warranty I had to pay a charge for the service call/diagnosis. A great customer service experience that will lead me to use Pheld as my plumbing services provider in future.

Gilbert was awesome,professional,friendly,likeable guy. Didn't feel awkward being home with him.there without my spouse like some others in the past and he knows what the hell he is doing and doesn't add random charges.
Saw him twice because landlord had to approve for my house rental. They come when they say they're coming. I think it's very fair pricing. I thought it would be like a 2 hour deal...nope he was done in like 20mins. The woman who answers the phone is also awesome. I would use them again for sure. Zero complaints!

Had a plumbing backup and the company quoted a price before they came out. They stuck with their price and walked me thru what they were doing and explained everything in detail. They were very professional. They scoped out the problem with a camera and provided it's contents the same day.

Got a great fast service.
They arrived within couple of hours and did a great clean job. Going to use them soon for couple of other pluming projects I have.

Great experience getting a new hot water heater and he hooked up our refrigerator water & ice cube lines, tightened out faucet in the kitchen and changed the filter on our reverse osmosis water. Brian is knowledgeable, he was on time and did a great job. This was our second time having him come out for service. We signed up for an annual service deal so hopefully we won’t have any unforeseen issues in the meantime.

These guys don't mess around and have always gotten the job done for us. Don't bother with calling anyone else, you would be wasting your time.

Our techs came out and were just incredible. They took their time to be thorough and fixed our issue with the AC in the visit. Our last company took a month to solve any AC issues. Cannot recommend Thomas Home Services enough!
