My mother's waterheater went out was gonna replace myself. Then realized Fittings needed replacing that i did not wanna do myself. So called Arid they were knowledgeable, quick and clean. Thank you very much. Deff gonna be my guys from now on.

Came home and saw a large puddle of water on my covered porch. Was certain I had a leak. Called Second Opinion Plumbing and Kyle came out within 1 hour of speaking with him on the phone. He did a thorough inspection and determined that I did not have a leak but the puddle was likely from the heavy rain we had been having. WOW!!! I am so impressed with the professionalism and HONESTY! And, the inspection was FREE! They have a customer for life!!

It was a great experience. There was a leak in my bathroom. I called C3 Plumbing and they came on short notice, stopped the leakage, gave me a fair quote for work that needed to be done, and did an excellent job. They didn't leave a huge mess like I was expecting. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends

I very seldom write reviews but we had an unbelievable experience with Sam at The Neighborhood Plumbing and Air. We were doing a remodel and we had another plumber install (rough out) two shower valves in our master bathroom. We then had a tile vendor tile our shower. When that was finished we called the plumber out to install the finish plumbing but could not figure out how to make it work. He suggested that we needed to add another piece to the valve and to do that, he needed to remove a bunch of the tiles we just got installed.

I got Sam's name from our interior designer and he came out the same day I called him. He quickly figured out that the plumber had installed the incorrect valve type and told me what I needed to get. Once I got the new valves, he was able to remove the old valves and install the new valves without removing any tile. I can't believe what he got don in such a small opening. He was like a magician!!!! I was also very happy with what he charged us to do the work. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Still waiting to find out the status of my parts coming in for the last 2 weeks. I paid my deductible and I have not had a call back.

Update: I had to call back two more times, talk to the manager Theresa. She was supposed to call me back, she never did, I called back. Juanita called me finally, and try to put me on the schedule, she would not provide me any of the owners information after I requested. It has been a very big inconvenience. They do not communicate. I waited two additional weeks in the project, so as not completed..
