Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

We live in the Phoenix area and being that it's June...it's HOT. Our AC went out last night. Got up this morning, called TeoPros at 7a and they were out by 11a (as promised) and had it fixed. Our tech Jose was very professional and explain the situation from start to finish. Great experience...thank you!

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

We had Darrell come out for a walk through as I thought we had a leak. He easily could have confirmed my fears & charged me for work that didn't need to be done. If I ever do have a plumbing or HVAC issue, he'll be the first one I call! He was very thorough & gave us lots of good info on preventing issues & explained how a lot of household systems work. Imaging it’s 4 days before thanksgiving and you’re about to host about 30 out of town guest when your plumbing backs up into multiple toilets the day your guest are arriving. We’ll, this happened to me - on a Sunday no less. I was freaking out! I called second opinion plumbing and Clayton came to our house on a Sunday and fixed our clogged septic system. Thank you so much to second opinion plumbing for your fast response and amazing service. You saved my thanksgiving!!

Only issue I have is that you say that you are a local (Gold Canyon) service provider, however, the plumber that showed up was from another company based in Mesa. You are local in name only.

The salesman was extremely cocky. Didn't like his approach to dealing with my girlfriend and mother. He used typical cheesy car salesman vocabulary. You know, price is so cheap I can't show my boss. Once my girlfriend told me that, I was done. In the trash the estimate went. I'll give two stars since they did show up between the time quoted. They replaced my grandma's unit so I was hopeful....

They are good but expensive $326 to replace a thermostat under parts warranty seems a lot
