He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. I broke an outside water spicket today, and called Rooter Hero. Their plumber showed up on time and walked me through every scenario. He even asked me if I wanted to watch the repair he would do and I did. He talked me through every part of this job and was very professional. Did I mention it was 108 degrees today. True professional, thank you Josef Yarmas for all your help and courtesy.

Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!

Highly recommend! Glad we found Richard. We were quoted a ridiculous labor fee to cover a warranty replacement water heater by another well known company that installed it originally. Richard explained everything and quoted us a very reasonable fee. (1/3 of the price) Arrived on time, finished around an hour. Explained everything. Definitely don’t hesitate to call Richard.

He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
