911 has been my Hero since my leak in a pipe in the kitchen island 3 years ago! They came to assist on Saturday night over 4th of July! Recently, my water heater blew out and they were there to take multiple steps to get the new one re-installed after other repairs were finished. I highly recommend them for their great customer service & excellent prices!

Had a major repair to 2 units due to pack rat damage. Mason responded to my initial call in a timely manner and repairs were completed within 24 hours. The technician was respectful of my home and went out of his way to explain the what and why of the repairs.

Charlie, 1-800-plumber Gilbert, came highly recommended to me by a top realtor in the East Valley. He kindly provided a wealth of helpful & insightful information over the phone. He then evaluated pics I sent of the suspicious bubbles on my walls, and determined I didn't have water damage. (This was confirmed today when my contractor cut into the damaged area.). I won't hesitate to call Charlie in the future. He was nice as can be, as was Darlene. She handles the office & scheduling, and is the sweetest person I've dealt with in years. I appreciate her going above & beyond to assist me through the process of solving the mystery problem.

Really hate to leave terrible reviews, but this company deserves it. Called to get a simple quote over the phone. Lady refused to give me an estimate. REQUIRED TO SEND SOMEONE OVER
So, fine...send over your tech. Once there, takes everything apart to do the quote. The j pipe needed to be replaced and he wants to charge $500. His time to come to the job (which I didn't want to begin with) plus part. This is a $7 part.
I said that was too high. So he left. Didn't put anything back together. Totally raged. Do not use this plumber.

Mike Brock was amazing! My toilet was overflowing and when he came out he was very respectful, seemed very confident. He answered all my questions and was extremely nice. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
