Best Drain Inspection in Gilbert AZ

Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. Got a senior tech, Richard, along with his trainee Cody, to fix an issue from a previous visit. They were very professional and went above and beyond. I was hesitant to let Rotorooter come back after a previous disappointing job, but I’m thankful management sent Richard & Cody.

Richard told me exactly what they needed to do and communicated the whole process and answered all my questions, he was knowledgeable and respectful. The work they did was difficult and it took hours so I’m grateful for their patience and hard work. He made sure everything was working before he left, cleaned up and made sure I was happy with how the shower install came out. Truly exceeded my expectations.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
