This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.

I hope these businessmen spend their last days on this planet in the same way.

We really like that Farnsworth helps us keep up with our yearly mantanice. We get a call every year for that. Very friendly staff. Chris Porter is the Field Supervisor. This guy is so friendly. Chris always let's us know what they needed to to for our check ups every year. Chris came by yesterday to check up on our air conditioning. The unit sounded fun to me so he came out went up on our roof and told us what we needed.Chris was very helpful explaining what happened and what needed to mantanice. I would not have any questions about calling them at all if other issues come up. I would like to say Thank you Farnsworth.

Brian was a pleasant gentleman who was kind, efficient , knowledgeable and cleaned up very nicely after his work. He was trustworthy. I would call upon him again.

Ty was early. He was fast. He was friendly and straight to the point. These Professor folks have always been fantastic. I don’t use them often but they are my go-to if I ever need a plumber. Great service. Honest and got me back up and running for the service fee. Very inexpensive.

Plumbing and A/C Medic was amazing. They offered fantastic customer service! The pipe to my main waterline busted and they offered me emergency service. I decided to wait until the next morning and they told me an 8-12 time frame. When I explained that I had no water, they had a technician at my house by 8:15. Jaime was just wonderful. He explained everything to me step by step so I understood the repairs. Not once did I feel as though I was being taken advantage. I would highly recommend Jaime and he will always be my tech of choice!

Upon discovery I read through the Yelp reviews of Hansons Family Plumbing and was impressed with their ad and great comments of praise. I called and was immediately greeted with “what can we can help you with?” I was impressed that someone picked up the phone! I made arrangements for an estimate for the shower repair and a dripping faucet. She had an opening for the NEXT morning. The very pleasant young man reviewed the concern and said I can repair all now if you’d like. He had to go to the supply house and would be right back. 30 min or so later he did, repaired all and we couldn’t be more impressed. I will use Hanson again and We strongly recommend this company!

The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly.
