I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Upon discovery I read through the Yelp reviews of Hansons Family Plumbing and was impressed with their ad and great comments of praise. I called and was immediately greeted with “what can we can help you with?” I was impressed that someone picked up the phone! I made arrangements for an estimate for the shower repair and a dripping faucet. She had an opening for the NEXT morning. The very pleasant young man reviewed the concern and said I can repair all now if you’d like. He had to go to the supply house and would be right back. 30 min or so later he did, repaired all and we couldn’t be more impressed. I will use Hanson again and We strongly recommend this company!
