I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

We had a pipe leaking in our wall behind the bathtub. We called Travis & Sons to see if they could fix this problem. They came immediately and were able to fix our problem. It was a difficult fix but they accomplished it. We were very happy!

Once again PlumbSmart was EXCELLENT. This is the third time I have used their services and company. Their pricing for a new AC system and 40 gallon water heater was very competitive. Today the install for both items went awesome. Charles completed the water heater in record time with no problems. Michael and Chris worked a bit harder installing the new 2.5 ton 14 SEER Trane AC system in our condo. Whole install took only about 7 hours. The gentlemen all ROCK; friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I cannot recommend PlumbSmart enough for their great customer service and attitude to please their customers. Go glad we used them again. PS: Nick in the office also needs some kudos and well as John who did the initial inspection of the old systems. Great company and great people.

Our water heater decided to leak today, so I decided to replace it myself. Bought a new unit and tried to install it. Everything was going OK up until I turned the water back on. It started leaking and instead of going back and forth to get more parts I called No Worries. They came out in about an hour and Joe got everything fixed. I had used Gentry Remodeling to complete a Water Heater Install. They were able to pickup the water heater from the Ferguson Distribution Location, and bring it to my house for the installation. (I, The Customer, Didn't have to worry about procuring the materials, they made this part a Breeze)

The Installation took approximately 3 hours, and now I have consistent hot water flowing throughout the home. I couldn't be more satisfied with their services, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling / Plumbing Services.

I would give less than 1 star if I could!
I had my appointment for weeks and they canceled .I called back and the tec went home and is on vacation for all next week. And no one has his number. I have used this company a lot and they have put me in a terrible spot because the employee wanted to start his vacation early! Use another company you can count on.
