Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. My upstairs water heater broke and leaked through our ceiling on a Saturday night. I called several plumbing companies on Sunday morning and Second Opinion Plumbing was the only one that could come out that day.

I really don't know how to get good service from these people.... They told me they were going to come fix my heat pump in the morning but didn't show until 1:15 in the afternoon - without calling first. They charged $400 for maintenance and said they had fixed it. It died again THAT DAY. I called them to ask them to come back and they said they would come the next morning. They weren't there in the morning and I went to work. I got a call in the afternoon saying they were at my house (never called, never gave a time) and wondered why I wasn't there. It is now Friday and they still won't give me an arrival time, give or take an hour. That is all I need.... Now I am considering a stop payment on my previous check until this works!

Update:These guys went from 4 stars to 2 because i recently finally got around to turning the sprinklers on after a sewer pipe replacement these guys had done early in the winter. There were multiple leaks and water pooling. I found sprinkler lines that were cut and supposed to have been repaired you see while they were working i noticed the damage but was assured it would all be repaired. Nope they covered it with dirt and i just now found the leaks. On top of that i was assured they would back fill under the walkway they dug up and found it was completely bare of any dirt. This could have caved in. Not someone id use again since they dont follow through.My original review:Don was the best and his crew, Edwin, Adrian, Oscar, and Jose went out of their way to make a very stressful situation as pleasant as a main sewer pipe replacement can be. They all answered my numberous annoying questions without hesitation, kept on task worked well with the other trade people on site and did a great clean up when they were finished. They love the company and people they work with and it shows. I've used PM before and was equally satisfied at the outcome and will continue to do so as long as they continue to do quality work without exorbitant fees as I found some of their competitors offered.

Austin was my Plumber / Specialist that arrived in less than an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I explained the job needs and he went right to work. I didn’t need to do anything else.
