Best Air Conditioning Maintenance in Gilbert AZ

Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

These guys are so great. I work with Dennis and Teo regularly. They are kind, helpful, responsive (even on the holidays) and they know what they are doing. Use them. You will be happy. Then, refer them and make your friends happy.

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

I agree with a few other posts...good, reliable service...is a mystery to these people.... ( and many other companies in the service industry) trying to service too many customers with a skeleton crew. They were able to install a whole new unit last year quickly, with a return call because the drip pan drain line was plugged up. I question the educational level/ technical ability of the service technicians they employ. Look for a different company for your A/C needs.

I used Thomas Home Service for an HVAC tune-up. This has been my second time using them without home warranty because calling them directly is less expensive. They were prompt with returning calls and arrival time. My technician was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Although I will have home warranty cover repairs, I was offered a great deal through Thomas. I appreciate the value in the tune-up and will use them again in the future!

Response to my initial inquiry was quick and the technician was here within an hour! He identified the leak within five minutes, ran out to grab the part and came right back. did a really good job with the repair, was very personable and took every Covid precaution for those of you concerned about that. Happy to say we finally found a plumber we will keep on speed dial.

Absolutely loved my experience with A Choice Plumbing. Technician was extremely detailed and considerate when providing my estimate, answered all of my questions, and within a few hours had my water heater replaced and my laundry room cleaned up of water and dirt. Everyone I spoke with was polite and considerate. 10/10 will use them again.

My husband and I are very satisfied with their professional work. I had several companies check on our 13-year-old units for replacing its system. Mr. Jerry, technician, came out my place, checked and answered all of my questions regarding installing procedures. After that, he gave two different quotes based on AC system difference. We are very happy with Wheeler Air Conditioning. Our ac wasn’t working and it was 106 degrees outside. We called Wheeler and they had the technician Cody out to our house within an hour. We are very happy with the timely response and they didn’t take financial advantage of the unfortunate situation we were in.
