I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have just begun the process of getting an AC unit replaced. Joe came to inspect the space and evaluate what is needed. Joe was very informative, honest and professional. I feel comfortable doing business with them.

Great communication. Ckd with me 1st and was able to show up early. Charlie took care of the service and recommended some options, if I wanted to upgrade. Charlie was friendly and answered all of my questions. I will certainly use them again for future plumbing needs.

Not great. This interaction was uncomfortable and non-informative. I was happy to pay the $29 service call fee to have the tech leave my house.

I called regarding my water heater pilot light going out a couple times over the past few weeks. There was little to no explanation besides ranting on why my unit and its parts were garbage and falling apart. The prices I was quoted were massively different than the other plumbing services I had come give me some quotes.

I could not recommend this company to anybody based off this “service call.” I was able to get my problem resolved through the manufacturer easily, even though the tech from Cactus told me I wouldn’t be able to, and not even to bother.

Had I been gullible and not willing to get multiple opinions I’d have made an awful decision to go with the recommendations of Cactus Plumbing.

Do yourself a favor and always get multiple opinions.

Cooper & Ryan worked on our back unit while another team was on the roof working on the other. These guys were so great! Patient with our group of wild kids on summer break and our zoo of dogs. All the while keeping us informed in detail along the way! Everything moved smoothly and beautiful and no doubt it was because of these awesome guys!!

Quick response, we have a leak and gave them a call they got someone out right away to fix our problem and the price was great. Couldn't say more good things about them, they did a great job

Plumbing & A/C Medic was quick to respond to our plumbing needs. They sent Jerry and Don out the same day. Both were very polite and professional. They quickly assessed the problem with our under house leak and showed us a picture of the needed repair. The repair would be simple, so Jerry told my husband what parts and tool were needed and said we could easily fix it ourselves. We happily agreed. So thankful to Jerry and Don for being so honest and helpful. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know and we actually already have. 😀

Austin was my Plumber / Specialist that arrived in less than an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I explained the job needs and he went right to work. I didn’t need to do anything else. Terrible service. I have multiple rentals that I manage, and I am a DYI guy myself when i have the time so I know a bit about working with contractors and what things should cost.

I needed a coolant line cut and moved a few feet down. This was an easy but urgent job, as my contractor found this while removing a bathtub during a remodel. At first, they quoted me over the phone $800-$1500 (price to drill hole not included). They then route me to a technician who never called me back. Instead he texts me and agrees to come take a look at the job on the following Monday. Then, I get a text on Saturday, (2 days before the technician was supposed to show up) saying he can't do it as he can't drill holes. I told him that I'd drill the hole, i just need the AC line cut and reattached. His response At this time I would not be able to. Just got a few jobs that will keep me busy.

What?! What kind of company is this? I would attach the screenshot of the conversation as you can read that he clearly did not care, but it keeps getting flagged by the upload system. In the end, I got another company to do it for 900. They were excellent and showed up when they said they would. Imagine that!
