I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

We live in the Phoenix area and being that it's June...it's HOT. Our AC went out last night. Got up this morning, called TeoPros at 7a and they were out by 11a (as promised) and had it fixed. Our tech Jose was very professional and explain the situation from start to finish. Great experience...thank you!

We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

My mother-in-laws experience with the Company was good. It was how it was handled by one of your workers Chris Porter. He had filled out paperwork showing a zero balance owed, so when the other workers came to do the job they told her she didn't owe anything. So a week later someone from the office called and asked her if she would like to pay over the phone and she explained that she was told she didn't owe anything. The young lady said she would go check and get back to her. Well Chris Porter called and began to tell her she owed the money and it got heated from there. He threatened her with an attorney and that they would come and take the unit back. Our family doesn't appreciate him yelling and threatening our 91 year old mother. She does not want him back at her house ever again. However, Chris's boss called and apologized for the confusion about the bill and the rudeness from Chris. They discounted almost $300 off her bill.

Mitt from PlumbSmart was on time, very professional go out his way to explain what's was wrong with my unit and gave me $20 off as first time customer. Even take extra time to corrected the wires was wired wrong on my new thermostat! I will recommend him to my son and friends.

I honestly wouldn’t call anyone else. After a plumbing nightmare caused by the gas company, I had tried three other plumbers before finding Cactus Plumbing And Air . They fixed my problem and went above and beyond what was needed from them. I’ve used them ever since and I recommend them to everyone. Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. Great honest service. Years ago I we discovered Wheeler A/C, when a close friend of the family, Brad began working for them. Each time we have needed A/C service, we ask for Brad. This year Brad was already scheduled and they sent Chase to handle the repairs. Great job Chase.
