KL did a nice job replacing my kitchen sink. Thanks to their prompt service my sink was installed in time to cook Thanksgiving dinner!

They broke my sewer line when they were digging to replace my water line and charged me $1200 to fix it.

Joe and his son Mike were here to my house within 24 hours to check the main drain. It did overflow about a gallon of black water. While they were fixing it I requested my laundry tub faucet to be replaced. They came the next day to do that. I found out by accident that my sump pump was not working. I bought a new sump pump and Gary, the last son, put it in for me after the weekend. Any messages I left on the phone were answered within 24 hours, and appointment times were made. I recommend this family of plumbers. They are reliable and answered all my questions. I will call on them as needed.

Peter was great to work with! He came out the same day and did a sewer line inspection for us. Highly recommend their services, lovely family owned business.

Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my problems and explain everything that was going on. He also went out of his way to fix my shower handle that was on upside down. He was able to get here on short notice and fit me into his busy day. To fix my washer he was able to have another guy come out the very next day. Great guy!

The morning of our 9:30am appointment to list our house was saved by this company. We had a clogged drain in our upstairs bathroom and my husband informed me just before 7:30am that we needed a plumber. He’d been working on it and apparently now it was causing a leak in the basement. I called and the woman that answered was on the other line with another customer and promised she’d promptly return my call, she called us back and sent us service by 8:15. They were incredibly friendly, timely, professional, and no gross plumber crack with this company he was crisp clean and personable. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend to anyone! Also I’m told their service was very reasonably priced!

They started working without consulting me and then at the end of the job told me their assessment which effectively let me know that their $1000 fix was ongoing to result in me having the same issue. They corrected the leak by recreating the problem that caused the leak to begin with…I called back (after my pipes burst again) to see if we could gain some understanding and or work out a discounted price since they were here three weeks ago. They were busy and short with me over the phone. Their work was fine but their service is not very good. I hope they are able to improve on this. However I am not feeling comfortable returning. I am searching for other companies.

Schedule an appointment and the plumber never showed or called. I called and left a message and have yet to receive a response.

Purchased house, culvert under driveway clogged on 1st heavy rain and flooded yard. Called 7AM , they arrived 9AM. Tech used water jet to clear 40 years of dirt. Friendly, professional, company vehicle with logos, new euipment, respectful of property. Fair price for work and fast service. Highly recommend.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

I had Eric out to fix my sewer back up. It turned out to be alot more than that so he couldnt finish in a day. Barb scheduled me for the next opening 2 days away and then was able to move things around so he could come the next day. It was a very extensive project, and while the price was much higher than I anticipated I feel the work was done very well and as quickly as possible.

If you're a small business starting out I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. On numerous occasions my prices of my material fluctuate more than the stock market. And this is not in relation to the supply chain issues. I'm paying double sometimes for items that I can get elsewhere. If only this company cared about smaller companies with lower volume as they did with that bigger companies. I've grown tired of babysitting my pricing every time I order something here. I don't have the time or the patience. This company doesn't care about the contractor, as my general contractors can call and get the same pricing for fixtures and material as I can, if not better. Just another corporation only concerned with the bottom line. As generations continue, just as others have, Ferguson will just be another supply house that will be closing its doors to the big box stores because of their lack of vision for customer service and true commitment to their contractors, big or small.

I have my house up for sale and the new buyer wants 2 issues fixed as part of the sale. So I called ac plumbing. I told them what needed to be fixed. The man I talked to said not a problem I can fix that up for you. Send me a text with all the info. So I did 5 days later I am still waiting for a call back from his company to schedule a time and an appointment. I will never hire them for plumbing needs.
