To my pleasant surprise, the dispatcher was able to send someone to my place that same afternoon. Jesse and Luke tackled a particularly challenging kitchen sink drain clog, working tirelessly and efficiently. The were very professional and conscious of keeping my kitchen clean as they handled the messy job. And they were great guys to chat with as they got the job done right! I think Rich has had a bad run of customers because I in no way felt pushed into paying for better quality when I had my bathroom sink repaired and replaced. My family has worked with Rich in the past as well and never had any issues with the cost being too high or with discrepancies on the price of the job.

He did terrible job. He just did on Wednesday 2/24/21, today leak all over. Call back but he did not answer the phone. He did charge too much. Poor job and cost too much. Don't call him to fix your water pipe, you will end up with trouble
