Inside the upper water tank, the old toilet was stamped October 12th 1968, so yeah, it was well past the time to replace it.

Jimmy P removed a 6 inch diameter root that had grown around my main water line. He was diligent in finding our the cause of the leak, kept me informed throughout the process and made sure that I was up and running with water for my family in less than an 8 hour period. It was a huge undertaking. Jimmy P was first class and polite . The had the necessary experience that was needed to get this water main break under control. He made the best of a horrible situation. Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Along with the other reviews, this company is the worst!! Lowes is great, but the installers have NO clue WHAT they are doing! The guy came to install my parent's (Eddie and Juanita Blowe) new microwave, he was cranky and complained they didn't give him the correct parts, but he was putting things in upside down and backwards. If he doesn't like his job, get a new job, but don't take it out on the customers. He nearly broke the glass turn table and just threw the microwave and the trim kit back in the box. After he put the materials back in the truck, instead of telling us the next step in getting the situation fixed, he just left without another word. When we went to look for him to ask him what was next, he was gone. Add extremely rude to that list as well...and he almost took our STILL working old microwave, if we hadn't told him to install it back in. Just a nightmare and we STILL don't have our new microwave installed...

I have a very old house in Norfolk with a difficult plumbing system, to say the least.
I spend over $500 with another company & STILL had issues. JR with Unique plumbing came out today & not only fixed the problem; he gave me helpful hints about how to prevent further issues. He was on time & respectful. I think I found my forever plumber. 😂🙌🏽💪🏽

Extremely rude to my wife and guest we had in our home. Fixed garbage disposal and reprimanded my wife and guest “I wouldn’t use this if I were you!” No explanation nothing, acted as if we had done something wrong to him. Property Management sent him and he’s getting paid to do a job. Not to be rude and reprimand a customer. We would never recommend or use this business. There isn’t an alternative story as facts are facts. Came in wasn’t polite did his job and reprimanded a customer. Beyond unacceptable!
