Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

Sent a picture of the tech and provided a short biography of the tech, which is most professional and impressive. Extremely nice and definitely went the extra mile for services. I will definitely call Z Line for all future work and will recommend Z Line with friends and family.

Replaced my faucet and garbage disposal. Replaced my shower diverters. They charge by the hour and didn’t stretch out the time. I could hear that they were through, checking and double checking the install. Very professional. A pleasure really. I got a quote from 3 other places, I saved 200 dollars, and the job was done perfectly.

Sean installed a gardafe disposal, relocated a gas line and reparied a broken flange on the toilet. He went above and beyond the expected. They had to fix a incorrect size for the faucet by redrilling, they moved the stove and took care not to damage any thing. All items were completed timely and we are very happy. He provided a estimate for the work and that was tge price.

The two installers Brent and Joe did an excellent job installing the outside ac unit and the one in the attic. They were professional and showed a great deal of concern with keeping me updated on the installation process. They put down drop cloths when they arrived to keep the carpet and floor cleaned.. They were informative and answered all my questions during the process and had a great attitude considering both of them were working under extreme summer temperatures. I am glad I decided to use Guy Smith after my last few years of dealing with another well known company that only cared if you were one of their “club members.” I will never go back! Thank you again Brent and Joe . Also, I want to give a shout out to Kevin the service tech that made me realize a new ac unit was needed. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was honest about the options I had to remedy the issues with my ac unit. Each of you truly are professionals that care about providing a great customer service experience. Thank you!!

I’ve used Planet Plumbing twice in the last two years and each time, I’ve been very pleased with the service. Jack does a great job of handling appointments and dispatching his team quickly. The plumbers are friendly and professional. The rates are reasonable. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

Needed a half bath and a friend recommended Vannostrand Plumbing. Called for an estimate and within a short while the work began. Everything about this addition was made simple by the advice given and work performed. In addition to good quality, neat and dependable service the job actually came in under budget. Jose is an awesome guy. I called him about an issue with my hot water pressure we talked about it and he showed up on time and fixed the problem. He was very nice and professional. I felt his pricing was very good and I do not feel that I overpaid. It’s hard to find good honest people these days. He is definitely one of them. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great service! Scott and Jason did a wonderful job amending our plumbing for our ice maker. Only called a day before and Kristen was able to send them out the very next day. Very pleased and highly recommend!
