Called regarding a tennis court light causing sparks in our breaker box. 2 guys came out and looked at it and they said Francis would submit a proposal. Called back a week later and Maria who answers the phone but then has to transfer a call to someone else to get any sort of question answered, transferred me to Francis and when I asked about the proposal I could tell he didn't have a clue what I was talking about. He asked me what the job entailed and who were the guys that came out. He said 'they' would be out a about week later to do the job. A week came and went and I never received a phone call, email or any sort of communication from them. A week later I called back and again they're asking me questions like who are you and where are you calling from? I think customer service is a little too much for them.

Spoke with Mark this morning and told him the problems we were experiencing. Mark called when he was on the way. Inspected the outlets determined where the problems were and resolved the issue. He was very professional, friendly and the service was excellent and price very reasonable. Thank you so much!

We all know Murphy's Law . . . If it can go wrong, it will and at the worst possible moment. If that's your situation, then PLEASE CALL Pawson Electric to take care of your too hard to do residential electrical issue/problem. My main electrical box in a 30+ year old home couldn't handle any new additions but that didn't stop Kevin (and his son Taylor). After a thorough review, Kevin had a solution, got the required city permit, came back the next day and did an upgrade sub-panel installation to carry the new circuit. All the work was timely, professional, clean. . .just outstanding work. Now I'm enjoying my new hot tub! THANKS Kevin and Pawson Electric!

Half the plugs and switches in my home stopped working last night. Main and120 Breaker boxes had no blown switches. Got Mr Matthews name from a friend from church. He came by house within 24 hrs and did an amazing job. Initially he thought it could be an issue with the breaker box that might have run over $1500, which I was expecting. After further troubleshooting he found the main issue to be a breaker in the main breaker box feeding the 120 breaker box was bad. Wound up getting repairs done for under $205. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. I am now referring to Tim Matthews as My electrician. If you are looking for an Eletrician who who can trust, Tim Matthews is your guy, he sure is mine.
