Worst experience ever! American Home Shield sent this company to replace or fix my garbage disposal. Then the lady scheduling the technician to come out to my location called me and asked if I could come the same day, Thursday. I stated no one would be at my place due to my wife's work schedule in the office. She asked what time I would get off work. I informed her that I was off around 3 pm. I asked her if I could come the next day instead because my wife would be off Friday. She told me I would receive a call to confirm if the technician could come on Friday. After leaving my office, driving home typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, and I received a call that the technician was there waiting on me. I needed clarification. The lady was very unprofessional, saying I had her guy waiting ever since 245pm (Thursday). I informed her I had never received a call back to confirm whether Thursday or Friday would be good to go.Friday morning, I received a text message with an invoice of $50 for a no-show. I tried calling AHS, but no answer had me waiting for hours. Very disappointed with the hold process. I will not pay Infinity Plumbing, but no service was done, lack of communication and unprofessional behavior.

Brandon from Infinity was amazing.I had a leak at my condo and Brandon came out explained what he thought the issue was. He even went as far as explaining to my HOA that the leak was not from my condo. The are extremely responsive through email and I will 100% look to us them again if needed.

Worst experience ever! American Home Shield sent this company out to replace my garbage disposal and their technician improperly did the job. For 3 months I've been chasing them to fix it and I've just been ignored. Now my wood underneath my cabinet is damaged due to leaks. I would've done it myself but I'm a 100% disabled veteran and my back flares up really bad.

The guys at Infinity plumbing were great. I was able to get appointments the next day after calling. They arrived promptly on time and were very professional and courteous. They did a good job installing my new water heater, no complaints whatsoever.

This company is the worst-don't use them! They use any excuse not to fix something. They charged me $75 to fix a faucet leak and didn't even fix it - it still leaked after they left. Don't buy a One Guard Home Warranty either who they work for! They will do anything not to pay a claim-its not worth the annoyance and It is a waste of money!

I had a hot water replaced under my home warranty protection plan with American Home Shield. I had the job assigned to Infinity Plumbing since the original assigned contractor was not acceptable due to a previous negative experience with that particular company. AHS advised that Infinity was a prime vendor so I accepted their recommendation. Ariel and Brandon were assigned to my job. They came out and did the assessment of what I needed to have done. They were prompt, appropriately dressed, very professional, as well as very personable. They explained to me in very simple terms what needed to be done as far as my hot water heater replacement. In addition to the hot water heater which required replacement, due to my high water pressure (which was 91), I needed a pressure regulator valve (PRV) as well as an expansion tank on my hot water heater. I had confirmed that these were required upgrades to code since my last hot water heater was replaced over 20 years ago. They quoted me a price for the upgrades which I checked with other companies and it was very competitive. Brandon and Ariel completed the repairs today and did an absolutely fantastic job. Every action was completed to perfection and they ensured I was happy with each install before they moved on to the next item. I couldn't have been happier and I give my highest endorsement to this company (which I don't do that often). If you have a home warranty repair, I highly recommend that you have this job assigned to Infinity Plumbing and, if possible, ask for Brandon and Ariel--they will do you right and you'll be very impressed, They're that good!!! Bottom Line: You can't beat Infinity's responsiveness, pricing, and professionalism. In my opinion, that's the winning trifecta of what we homeowners are looking for in a plumbing company. You won't be disappointed.
