Daniel was just great! He came on a follow-up service on smoke detectors and found out it was only the old ones taken off beeping. He did not demand charges and offered advice. Very pleasant, experienced, and nice guy.

We were installing a Cosmo Range Hood, heavy and not the standard range hood by any means. Nathan Magill of Atom Electric requested the install pdf instructions ahead of time and on the day he was prepared and prompt. There were a lot of details, and we observed him closely - a very experienced electrician, not a carpenter, but to do the job some carpentry was required and that part of the job was skillfully done. There was never the sense he was rushing - he was steady. After the hood was put together, he made sure I understood how it worked (professional grease trap and baffles) and he hauled the old stuff away. This kind of detail should not come cheap and he wasn't - we felt it was a fair price and look forward to hiring him again. We are MUCH more likely to take a chance on something new when we know there is somebody knowledgable and smart to do it right.

Collin and Matthew were the two electricians that came to replace our panel. They were very kind, professional, and prompt. Plus they felt honest and gave a fair price for the project we needed done. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

I had a great experience today. Ryan and his partner showed up just 2 days after I called to have an inside plug repairedand and outsideplug switched to a GFCI plus. They were on time and very efficient, friendly and thorough. I will call them again for my future products. Thanks, Baker Brothers.

Art Electric & HVAC came to our house and inspected the HVAC system. They were the third company to come out to inspect the system. The owner, Art Pond, came out personally with his crew and gave me a complete breakdown of all the issues. After all the inspections we decided to go ahead replace our 23 year old HVAC system. Art's break down of the issues were well documented and thoroughly explained. He gave us options (and there cost) which made our decision making much easier. Art Electric & HVAC gave us the best quote out of the 3 companies that came out and offered us options for financing as well. The installation of the new HVAC system went without a hitch. Art's crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with all our questions. The new HVAC system has been working better than advertised.Thank you Art Electric & HVAC (Art Pond)Roger and Denisha Guevara

As a representative of Platinum Electric, it’s unfortunate that Mrs Linda feels this way about the service rendered by Platinum Electric through Choice Home Warranty. For the most part, this was a Choice Home warranty service call. Therefore, according to the customers policy with Choice Home Warranty the customer was responsible for paying an upfront service diagnostic fee. The Electrician went above and beyond his ability to provide outstanding service for this customer. The Electrician also completed some free work for the customer and paid for parts out of his pocket.According to the customers Choice Home Warranty policy the repair in question wasn’t covered under her policy. The contractor always first inspect the failed product, then secondly contact Choice Home Warranty for approval to make necessary repairs. Moreover, the service contractor who is contracted through Choice Home Warranty isn’t responsible to repair denied claims. At this point, the customer is responsible to pay for the repair of the failed product or they must contact Choice Home Warranty to dispute the claim.Furthermore, the indiscretion is between Choice Home Warranty and the customer not the contractor. The service diagnostic fee is a negotiated service charge between Choice Home Warranty and their customers. This fee is non refundable and collected each time a service contractor visits a customers home for potential repair of a failed product . This fee is required even if Choice Home Warranty denies or pays for the claim. The customer is aware of this fee because the Choice Home Warranty representative discusses the terms of their policy and fees the customers is responsible for before signing their contact yearly.
