Fast response, professional grade services. My work order included replacing a breaker, repairing four outside outlets, and installing a dimmer switch. Electrician Jesse did this quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Lanehart Electric receives my highest recommendation.

J&S is professional, on-time, fair with their pricing and they warranty their work performed. John (the owner) is an excellent communicator and always explains everything before, during, and after the process (which keeps my stress level down because I know I'm not going to get hit with any extra surprises at the end). I have J&S saved in my phone and they will always be my 1 go to for any future electrical services. Thanks again John!

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out. They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.
