From ease of scheduling to communicating with Freddy and the worker assigned to our project the experience was prompt and professional. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Tried to use Mr. Rooter to have a gas line installed to our house and change to a gas stove top. Despite multiple phone calls to try to be sure we were all on the same page and having the installation appointment set for a month, they never initiated a plumbing permit with the City to install the gas line. The guys showed up at our set appointment time and were respectful but had no idea they were supposed to have had the permit. Luckily we asked before they started anything to make sure everything was going to occur today and not leave us without a working stove top, and of course no paperwork was in order and they hadn't even talked to the City. So the installation could not occur, and we are now past the date of being able to return the gas stove top we had bought to replace the electric one. VERY disappointed and needless to say we will be swapping plumbers.

Highly recommended by what I consider to be the best electricians in town. Maverick didn't disappoint. Responded to my call immediately. Friendly, professional and very efficient service. Will definitely use again. Thanks!

When you buy a house built in 1934 you know you will have some plumbing issues. We had a major leak in the downstairs shower and Donald came out and fixed it with no issues. He left it in much better condition and fixed another issue at the same time. Just this week we had an issue with a repair that was done a bit ago and again, Donald came and and fixed it with no issues. Wonderful to have someone that is reliable, fair, and so knowledgeable.

Promised two different times to come troubleshoot and repair a shower faucet. First time did not show at the agreed time so I called them sever hours after the agreed upon time (I had left work early to meet them). They apologized and said they would come the next day, no call, no show.
Will not try a third time!

Action Plumbing helped make my first plumbing experience very painless. They are swift, polite, and reasonably priced (well under what other companies quoted me!!). Highly recommended for any plumbing work needed around your household.

This company was installing all new lines in a new construction next to my home. Their inconsiderate employees trampled all over my lawn and threw their PVC pipes onto my driveway. They pumped the water in the ditches in front of my house onto my driveway and destroyed a portion of my grass. If this is how they do business with such lack of consideration for other peoples property, then I can only imagine what type of job they will do for you. And for those who have an opinion, Its all on video, they had plenty of room to complete their job on the other side of the property and I did contact them; however, they refused to contact me back. Zero stars is not an option, but that's what they should have earned!
