Tom and his crew did an excellent job. They were on time, professional and did extremely quality work. The job was complicated, dealing with old pipes out on the Island, They had a great sense of humor, a can do attitude and worked until the job got done. I will always call them for my plumbing needs!

I called and received a estimate the very next day. At the time I thought the quote was a little high but after seeing the work that was put into a total reroute at at house and the professionalism of both the digging company and the plumbers, their work ethic definitely exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond and got the job done fast and efficient. They even started the work two days sooner than expected. I called other companies and they couldn’t even give me a quote for several weeks. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family. You will not be disappointed. Rude person Giving me ugly attitude

I called ABC plumbing when they opened on Monday Aug 14th to set up an appointment that day for a clogged pipe. I was given a wide scheduling window from that morning to 6pm. I took leave from work to accommodate this window. At 3pm I called to check on the status of my appointment and was assured the plumber would be here by 6pm. At 5:40pm I called again to check the status only this time I was told my appointment was for the following day. Obviously there was a screwup on their part and after some discussion they agreed to send someone out to my home but we’re gonna charge me a $139 after hours fee. I wanted the fee waived since it was their screwup. I was told they couldn’t waive the fee but would be happy to send someone out tomorrow. I was so livid I had to hang up the phone before I started cussing out this woman. But my wife had no problem calling them. They waived the $139 fee but by this point we were done. I wasted time and money waiting for these people. I would not recommend this company except to my enemies.
