Please properly do checks on people’s driving, this van almost hit like 2-3 people going down 973, makes ur company look reckless! They go way over speed limit and will tailgate you to intimidate

When you need an electrician, this is who to call. Fair prices, no surprise costs, accurate, neat and just plain nice! They did a great job in moving outlets and hiding cords for the tv we had hung, purchased and hung a patio fan. Also had them do some other misc items. I highly recommend Nealco and they will be who I call next time and every time I need electrical work. ?? Austin,Texas

John Mitchell is a Master Electrician. He does great work for a reasonable amount.

I called IES to install a whole house surge protector and was quoted $450. We scheduled at that time because its a new house and others in the area were having issues with power surges. My mistake, I should have called around. They came out and did the work. Only afterwards did I find out how much I was ripped off. The surge protector they installed is an $88 product which means their standard trip fee (their words, not mine) was $362. I then called a few other places around to find out what their charge would be for the same item and was quoted between $200 and $300. When I mentioned to one place what I paid their response was holy sh1t you got ripped off. I contacted IES and was told them would look into this exorbitant charge. Their response was We only charged you what we paid for the surge protector plus our standard trip fee.. I feel completely taken and will NEVER use them again. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

If you want to be ghosted like a bad boyfriend would then give Thermo a call. They left the job half finished and with lots of issues. And then didn't return phone calls or text messages. The can lights don't come one properly. The upgrades I was charged for on the electrical panel didn't solve the issues existing with the house. Work that was part of the scope was not addressed but was charged for (like canceling existing lines that were no longer needed).Overall a totally amateur job and terrible communication. If it's anything more than swapping out like fixtures do not use Thermo.

This review is for the Houston office.This company wants your business but they won't come do the work. Their business model is to advertise a low price (like for sewer line cleanout $69) then keep you hanging on till they may or may not send someone out. In my case they kept saying someone was on their way blah blah blah and 8 hours later still no one. This was daytime hours when they should have had a full staff responding to calls. This was a critical issue! I called Roto Rooter at almost midnight finally and they had someone out by 8:30am the next morning. Now that is how you do business. ARS Rescue Rooter is a joke. By the way, they called me the next morning 3 times and still said they had someone that could come but the problem was already fixed by their competitor. I don't know how they stay in business.

This company solved an electrical problem that 3 others simply could not solve. Their expertise was very impressive. I highly recommend this company!
