I used McCormack Plumbing and Heat for a sink clog, and it was the fastest and most professional experience I ever had. Early arrival, quickly fixed, and the plumber, Marco, was super nice. He finished up before the arrival window was even over! I definitely will continue to use and recommend McCormack to family and friends.

On first appointment, technician did not have a ladder, and also claimed they couldn't fit into work area. Second appointment was made with office for two techs, no tech showed up and no phone call or notice from office. After trying to reach office for 2 hours, I was told 'we don't know what happened to the tickets' and offered another appointment 4 days later. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.
