Hot water tank went out they call and says well we can come out tomorrow but we can’t change our youre tank we need to do diagnostics and look at the if it’s up to code!!! Seriously??? The bottom rusted out not much to diagnose and my house isn’t from the 1920s my stuff is up to code DUH!!!!

I have had some plumbing issues in the past two months. I had to have a hot water tank replaced, and it was done the same day! David, the plumber is very knowledgeable, and what he says, and what he does. He answers any questions that you have very thoroughly. I also had a pipe break in my foundation-not a good thing. Again they came out the same day I called. The job was very complicated and it took two days but I felt that the price was fair and again I had good service if you have any issues with your plumbing, I highly recommend Reddy Rooter.!

Super nice guys! However, they didn't clean up ANY of their mess. They left footprints all over the stairs and in the bathroom. They had mud on their feet and left footprints with mud upstairs. Would not recommend them again. I should not have to pay 300 dollars to clean up another grown mans mess.

I used Cutters to replace my 22 year old hot water heater. It was still working but I wanted to avoid any future emergency and was interested in switching to a tankless system. I called and talked to Susie in the office, she was very knowledgable of tankless technology and provided me enough information to check on the Navien products, including a price quote. I chose the Navien NPE-240A2 because of its insane 11.2 gallons per minute peak flow. Cutter, the owner, arrived about a week later with his helper and finished within 3 hours including cleanup and complete operation overview. Cutter is serious about providing his customers the highest quality of service and at an affordable price.
