Found my guy for life! Hot Water Heat went out. Called Wes, straight to the point and asked me the right questions (I later on learned why). Awesome to work with and didn't mind me watching. Called 10+ places with absurd prices and cranky folks, but Wes was the man. Great conversation with him. doing it 40+ years and referred me to a couple other folks for HVAC and Electricity needs should I need them in the future. Can't go wrong with him. He doesn't advertise which should tell you everything....referral business. I love hearing call me if anything comes up and I'll take care of it, though it will not. We reached out to have Art of Plumbing install our dishwasher since Lowe's was a month behind. They were very responsive and were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. Daniel arrived on time and was very careful & courteous. I enjoyed his time here and would definitely work with this company again!

Thank you to Eddie and Thomas for helping replace our hot water heater/tank after it leaked in our attic. Eddie was able to come within an hour of calling early morning and help mitigate further leaking along with getting the restoration team at the house immediately, too. Both Eddie and Thomas worked hard to get the stubborn tank out of the attic and worked to install the new unit so that we had hot water by the next evening (they rescheduled other appointments to ensure they could work on our system starting early the next day). We appreciate their timeliness, professionalism, and price.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Great service technician Timothy Roberts! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and is professional. He took the time to explain the issues found and provide the appropriate recommendation.

I’m very pleased with this company. I had a warranty through American Home Shield and they sent a contractor that misdiagnosed the issue and wanted to charge much more to fix the problem.

When I called, they immediately came out to diagnose the issue and had it all fixed by the next day. They were very responsive to answering my questions and very professional. Their pricing is very competitive as well.

They were recommended to me on NextDoor and I’m happy to recommend them to others.

Please don’t trust these people, the driver of their truck has no concern for other people’s safety and I wouldn’t trust any of them in your home or business.

This company came to clear a blockage to my sewer by using a cable machine. They could have accessed the blockage using the basement instead they took the toilet out which will not be covered under warranty. I was charged $850 plus tax just for this. Stay away from this over priced company
