Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

Jason was in the neighborhood working on a neighbor's house. I approached with a small plumbing task. Jason was very helpful and added me to his schedule. His team arrived on-time and were very neat, efficient and punctual. I am especially fond of the communications between the time I first spoke with Jason and the few days in between when they came to do the job. Very thankful and appreciative of fair pricing as well. This company has the most fair pricing, is the most reliable, and honest. They were good communicators, gave us a fair price (we compared multiple companies in the area and this company was the best price for the exact same services that everyone else was offering), and they were extremely honest. They opened the water heater they had brought and noticed it had dents on it. They refused to install it like that and drove back to the store to get one that was in new condition. I was amazed at this because it took extra time out of their day. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

These guys are great. My mother's house had the pipes burst due to extreme high PSI from the town supply. We were lucky to catch them with time and they jumped right in and got our house completely re-piped in a single day. Amazing and I honestly still cannot believe they pulled this off. Great people. I have been using Airmakers for several years. Their technical services today were as good as usual.. Their personal touch however remains as bad as always. (I've had previous issues with customer service so this is the last straw) Today the technician was due between 1-4PM. At 4:30 PM I called to inquire where my technician was at for my routine semi-annual service. I was told he had truck problems and she could not reach him to determine when he would be at my residence. My question to the rep was simple....It is now 4:30 why did no one call me by 4pm(the latest arrival time) to provide some customer service update? The rep was rude and said the tech was not answering his phone whereby she could provide an update. Again, she already knew about his truck problems so why didn't she call with an update earlier. She said she would call back when she contacted the tech, She eventually did return my call and the tech arrive around 5PM and completed his service. As this was my last routine service for this year, I will be looking for another company that has good technical service AND good customer service. I would NOT recommend this company!

I would leave a lower score it that we’re possible. As always, the techs are great but I have had 3 years of terrible service from my Lennox unit. I paid a premium for what I thought was going to be a top of the line unit but have had nothing but trouble. I need a call from the owner of Weather Master to discuss next steps.

Best plumbing service around!!! I had a pipe leaking in my yard, and the leak was so large I had to keep the water off to save thousands on my bill and keep my yard from turning into a lake. Having to keep your water off during a NC summer is not fun to say the least. And as I'm sure everyone can attest to it was extremely stressful trying to get it fixed at a reasonable price. My neighbor uses Welch Plumbing and spoke very highly of Shawn. Well the day after being contacted Shawn has completely fixed it and I have water again!! A tree root had compromised the pipe, the root is now gone the pipe has been replaced, it was done so quickly and seamlessly! If you want clean, quality work, with amazing affordability, a quick response time and top notch professionalism you need to call Welch Plumbing. I know in the future this will be the only plumbing company I use!! Thank you Shawn!!

Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.
