Alaimo plumbing was excellent. Repaired damage to sewer and then offered to look at additional problems in the kitchen. He was able to fix those issues as well. This company did work for us several times and were always so nice and work was done quickly and correctly. Thank you Jason and Mike.

Awful experience. I had a clogged drain in the basement, causing ALL kinds of water (and other waste) to come back in. I called them for a snake, and after about 40 minutes, he told me they hit an obstruction at 80ft. and had to come back with a camera. After the $175 i spent on the snake, the start with the camera and hit another obstruction at 24 ft. After 20 minutes, they charge me $260 for the camera, and all i got was spray paint on my patio of where the needed to dig. I was told they would have to dig in spot A, to get to the pipe in order to find spot B, where they would dig again. They would send a guy out to give me a quote, which would be anywhere between 5 to 10 THOUSAND dollars. At this point i am already in the hole $470 with these guys and i have no results, information etc.

I called an EXPERIENCED PLUMBER from another company, and he not only educated me on the matter, but was surprised at the lack of experience from Hertel Plumbing.
Hertel Plumbing should have
.......NOT recommnended a camera, as a camera would not make it past the trap outside the house.
........LOOKED AND LISTENED for the snake outside to find the clean out in the yard that would have made things ALOT EASIER.
.......REMOVED THE GUTTERS from the drain, in the meantime, take your gutter drains out of the downspout, as rainwater is better in the yard than backing up into your basement!.

After 2 days NO ONE from Hertel Plumbing came to give me a quote, as they said they would, while i sat there with feces in my basement. They just took the $470, and took off!

LUCKILY, the experienced plumber i called snaked the drain clean for $150 and the problem was SOLVED. In addition, he showed me where the clean out was in case i needed to snake from outside the house.

Hertel Plumbing told me i had a collapsed pipe and a faulty sewer system that would require digging 2 holes to cost between $5,000 and $10,000!!!! After they had taken me for $470.

THE EXPERIENCED PLUMBER pulled out 15-30 tampons that caused the problem, during a simple 20 minute snake session. THAT WAS IT.

Moral of the story, avoid Hertel Plumbing and don't wash tampons down the toilet.

I hope you find this useful, as plumbing problems are never fun and very stressful.

I have a new house I purchased from Natale Builders in Nov'20, and WNY was contracted for the entire plumbing. I called WNY, when I took an extended soak in my second floor tub, and the morning after noticed some water seepage in the first floor dining room ceiling. Mike was amazing from the start. He was on time and extremely courteous. He diagnosed the source of leak, which was a loose overflow cap/gasket in the second floor tub which was causing some seepage in the first floor ceiling along the seams. He sealed it with a silicone sealant, and mentioned writing a report to cover the ceiling repairs...i will comment on that part once its done. But, coming back to Mike's service, its refreshing to see that excellent customer service still exists. (He even gave me some helpful advice about my water softener :)

The store is okay. It's convenient because it's close to my house, however they don't have parts all the time and the employees have been outright rude at times refusing to help. I'm a bit apprehensive and going to this store because of that fact. On the times you do find an employee who is helpful then the process goes smoothly so it's not all bad.

THEY SAVED ME!!!!! my tenant calls right before Christmas, stating there's a huge backup, all the way into her tub. I couldn't find a plumber to come out the same day due to the holiday. Rainbow Plumbing called me back and was out to the property within the hour. Amazing!!! and they have good, honest prices. Thank you Rainbow Plumbing, all the way from Orlando!!!

I have never left a review in my life, however this company was so outstanding, they deserve to be recognized for their excellence, skill, and professionalism. We had an outdoor drainage problem and had other plumbers, town and water authorities, and another drainage company come out, and no one could identify or resolve the problem. Another company that I attempted to call asked me to wait an entire month before they could even look at it. Jeff came within days of my first contact, and identified the problem within just a few minutes of being on the property. Issue was completely resolved in 2 days in comparison to the 2 months of seeking answers. And Jeff and his team were just genuinely nice people, explained things in layman’s terms, and made us feel confident in their service and expertise. Pricing also incredibly reasonable. I highly, highly recommend!

Infinity Plumbing answered the phone at 7 am on a Saturday morning .
Infinity was very friendly on the phone .
Infinity gave a time they would be showing up to unclog my drain and the plumber was early .
Adam Palermo was the plumber and he was very polite and professional.
He unclogged the drain .
We will always use Infinity Plumbing Services from now on .

Mike showed up exactly when they said he would. VERY nice friendly guy. VERY informative and up front. Receptionist over the phone was very friendly. James arrived later in the same day and did the work needed. And flawlessly! Again, very friendly and informative as he preformed his job. I will certainly use them on my next project and highly recommend going with Musso Plumbing!

I highly recommend Purtill Plumbing. The two plumbers that were here Pops and Gary were both very professional, friendly, timely, and best of all took the time to explain the work to me. They both cleaned up after they completed their work. The owner Mike who I spoke to on the phone and came to my house to give the estimate was also very professional and informative.
