I felt bad seeing the other review and wanted to write. I have worked with Shane for almost 10 years. He has always been amazingly responsive. My water heater blew a leak at 6:30am on a Saturday, he answered his phone, and he was at my house installing a new one by 10:30am!! Awhile ago he took time to walk me through an involved procedure with my water heater, over the phone, and never even charged me. He has always responded right away to any emergency I have had, and I've had a few!

In the wee hours one morning we discovered a water pipe leak in the wall separating our office and garage. It sounded like a running faucet in the wall. A quarter inch of water was on the office floor. After shutting off the house water and mopping up the mess, we called LV Restoration because they are a complete, one-stop company. At 5:30am we were able to speak with a live person, and by 9:00am the wallboard was removed, water was restored to the house, and blowers were drying out the wall. Once dried out, the wall was completely reconstructed to match existing paint colors and baseboard molding in a single day. These guys are complete craftsmen who can do it all, which greatly speeds up the reconstruction process. We highly recommend LV Restoration for all your flooding recovery needs, as well as any other kitchen/bathroom renovation and remodeling needs. This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

We had a high image plumbing company come out on some recent work and the quote we got was outrageous. We looked up local plumbers and found out that Capital Plumbing had good reviews. After meeting Dave we decided to go ahead with the work because he was very upfront, honest and his quote was a fraction of the other company. We are extremely happy with the work Dave and Dan did. Paul the Plumber is the rudest service provider I ever met. He was late to his appointment and by that time I had to take a call from my boss. When I told him I was on the phone with my boss bow because he'd been late, he replied That's not my problem. He has a huge chip on his shoulder because he kept mentioning how he was so successful he could work whatever hours he wanted and mentioning how much he made an hour. He unclogged an outside drain and left a huge mess of grease and gunk. When he was done I told him I needed 5 minutes to get my credit card cuz I was still on the phone with my boss. He started banging on my door so loud my walls shook, shouting at the top of his lungsthat he was going to charge me $400 an hour. He's a misogynist that kept calling me little girl. If my home warranty hadn't forced me to use this guy I would've never ever used his services. I would've kicked him off my property immediately the second he started being rude. Do not use this guy. Let's teach people that treating people this way is unacceptable.
