Bob the owner asked for pictures of drain pipe to be repaired, the ceiling was opened up by my son. I sent several photos, he quoted me a price of $155.00 for time and materials. When Bob arrived on time the next day. He started asking if I had home warranty, who was my Insurance Company what was my deductible. Because suddenly after he see the ONE drain pipe it the bill becomes 600.00 to 1,000.00 if it was an hour worth of work and 1.25 for the labor I would be surprised. I had to ask him to leave my property. Very Sad giving respected Plumbers a bad rap.

They put in a new water heater and brought it up to code. They were very professional, clean and hauled everything away for me. Very pleased with their service.

These plumbers are honest, reliable, and responsive. It does not necessarily matter what time it is but they will come when you call them. If you need a plumber, you should look no further.

Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet. I contacted Plumbing Arround The Clock and they were out the next day and ON TIME. Sean was very professional, came in and assessed the issue, grabbed his tool and the job was done within a couple of minutes. We sub out all of our sewer & drain related calls to AJ’s Sewer & Drain. Never disappoints and always takes care of the job leaving the customers happy!

They came to repair an underground pipe line that was leaking by the side of the house. Was charged over $1200 for a repair job that eventually started leaking just a couple of months after. We tried contacting their office to get someone to come and repair the job multiple times, but they refuse to do it. They even claimed they have video proof of us destroying our own pipes, and that’s why it is leaking. They have poor customer service, technicians that do not show up on time, and give their customers the runaround. Save your money, time, and frustration by going elsewhere.

Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. Enjoyable to talk to, and helpful. 10 out of 10 would hope to work with him on anything we may need fixed in the future. Thank you again Phil

Kurt was very good at keeping me updated on the arrival time for the installation. Javi came on time although we requested service very late that day. They were great, informative and professional. They tested the system before they left to make sure it was running well and didn't leave until they were happy with its performance. They cleaned everything up very well before leaving. Very good experience!
