Would give them 6 stars if allowed. They only charged $190 for leak detection when everyone else charged a minimum of $250. Plus the $190 then gets taken off your bill if you use them for the repair. I ended up just having them replace the whole water main and it cost me less than 1/3 the price that Yes Plumbing would have charged. Great service and great workers. They will offer you different option and proposals to assist you. I will never use another plumber company again. Highly recommend.

We only use Pure Plumbing and it’s been years. They are always responsive. Always helpful. This time there was a mystery leak. Jason looked into it and gave us our options. Very kind. Very honest. Jason is a keeper!

Food was great

Never found my pool problem. They kept coming back and saying “let us know next month if it’s leaking still” and every month it was leaking so my water bill was through the roof. They guarantee they will come back out and they do, but they NEVER FIX THE PROBLEM!! They just prolong the inevitable! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

Nick and Zach are awesome. They showed up 1 1/5 after I talked to them the first time. From the time they walk in my house. From the shoe cover to how they explain things to me, to the quality of their work, they even cleaned my bath room at the end. A+++++ Above all, they helped us out in the pricing. Highly reccomended. Shane is amazing. My mother had him fix various plumbing issues at her home. Always felt we had best of service. He came to my home and replaced a hot water heater. Excellent service. Always showed on time and great customer service. Nothing but high praises for Shane and his company.

I had a water leak , called them because their sticker was on my water heater. Spoke to someone and he told me to text him pictures of the leak . I text him and never got a reply back. I used a different plumber.
