Stan had to open a square of drywall back in order to replace the main mechanism inside the wall that required replacing a broken cartridge. After Stan completed the job he was able to use the same faucet handle that used to be hard to turn now it turns like new. Stan always covered his shoes when he entered our house and he wasted no time getting to work. When it came time to pay our bill we were surprised that the final bill was under the estimate that he had originally given us. I have been using Sound Plumbing for years for both my home and my commercial building and business. They are always on time and their repair technicians are always courteous and very knowledgeable. They assess the plumbing issue and charge accordingly...I have never been over billed. I will not use any other company for my plumbing needs as Sound Plumbing has earned my business forever.

My kitchen faucet was very loose, and the plumbing under the sink was a mess. After checking it out, Kurt ordered a new (free) faucet from Moen, and gave me a quote for the job, including new trapwork. There was no charge for this visit. A week later, when the new faucet was delivered to me, Kurt immediately returned and completed the job. The only negative was that he didn't clean up under the sink when he'd finished, but I think that was probably an oversight, and didn't warrant a lower star rating.

They tried to charge me $500 to cut a hole in the sheet rock which took five minutes then after they cut a hole they said there’s a stud there they can’t get to the drain really there’s studs every 16 inches they should know then they tried to charge me $500 to take the toilet out and re-install it to take the sheet rock out and the toilet was never taken out the grout was still around the toilet From the tile did they charge me $400 to put that crooked door on the shower tub stay away from this place there a rip off and they don’t do quality work

The repairmen were friendly and knowledgeable. The repairmen put covers on their shoes and cleaned up after themselves. When they left you couldn't even know they were here. They even took the extra step of installing my wireless thermostat. I would definitely use Goettl again!!

Did a drain and flush on our water heater twice now without issue. When we need to replace ours we will definitely call you to take care of that

I had a Sunday night emergency where my outside faucet broke off (in the stucco wall) I had to turn off the water at the street meter. I called Alaskan and was told one of their Tech's was nearby and would be there shortly. Sure enough Tony Sanchez shows up, gave me a couple options and he replaced the faucet in about 1 hr. Professional, courteous excellent work. Thank you Tony and Alaskan Plumbing, Heating and Air! Oh, the price was one of the best parts, Sunday night-Covid19 restrictions- and the charge was as low as it gets, way lower than you'd think! Ben S.

The toilet wouldn't stop running and the shut off valve was stuck open. They arrived promptly and were able to change the valve and replace the flapper assembly.
I will use them again and recommend highly them.

Expert leak detection and plumbing is highly recommend by me. Had a simple issue that a couple other companies wanted to make bigger jobs but ELD came out listened to me about the issues I am having then started working and fixed the problem. They did great work and gave me a fantastic price to go with it.
