I received a call from Claudia 30 minutes in advance of arrival, which was in the early part of the 4-hour window of the appointment. The technician Luis was very knowledgeable and professional, he reviewed all the electrical features of my home, made suggestions for improving some. I would recommend Ideal Services to others.

DO NOT BOOK. This man is an absolute menace and an emotional mess. Call him and you'll quickly see, phone manners? He's never heard of them. He left our job, untouched, having a tantrum and speeding off. Simply because we were having someone deliver a water heater pan ($18 from Home Depot) that he was wanting to charge $150 for. He's known about this job and what it required for over a week, yet once he arrived he deemed it too hard. Apparently, Turning the water off, replacing parts and installing a water heater... is too hard for this plumber.

Calls me at 9, waking me and the baby up. Says he can be at my house in ten minutes. He can't do 11 because he got new calls today that he needs to do While my appointment has been on the books.

Do yourself a favor, go with anyone else in the valley. The reviews down below are clearly fake and paid for.

They are doing my pool plumbing and they have been great to work with. I highly recommend them especially if you are an owner builder because they are able to give a little extra help and advice that was much needed for my project.

The serviceman came and told me his professional opinion how my water issue appeared to be rain caused and not a leaky pipe.

I am so unbelievably frustrated with this business. I had an appointment yesterday for a leak that needed to be fixed. I found out days before that I needed to reschedule. I’ve been trying to get a hold of this company for at least 4 straight days. Just yesterday I called 14 times and left 4 voicemails. No clue whether they showed up or not which is very uneasy since I wasn’t home. It’s like the business is closed. I tried today again with multiple voicemails again. No clue what is happening but they’re closed or just don’t care. I need my sink fixed!! Been leaking for 2 weeks now! Ridiculous.

This company is a scam. They came out and quoted 325.00 then came back to do the job and quoted me 1,500.00. Mike and his crew are a bunch of thieves. I'm a single woman. I had the job done for less than 325.00 by an honest plumber. DO NOT TRUST THEM. get another bid.

I've hired Tittle plumbing twice now and he was excellent both times. First I had a tankless hot water heater installed and love the on demand unlimited hot water. Second was a small job of a leaking hose under the kitchen sink. I don't hesitate to recommend him toy family and friends.

Reasonably priced, as advertised (beat other quotes by over fifty percent), and professional work in a timely manner--highly recommend.
