This was a warranty repair as they installed the unit in November. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. Devon was friendly and informative about the problem and the fix.

I was thankful to have then come over to give me a bid for an efficient water heater. The price was 1k less than a competitor who was selling inferior tanks! The crew installed it all in one morning.. nice, knowledgeable, and used clean language around my kids and wife. They cleaned up pretty well after an incredibly long morning that they had already doing another job by Chimera Golf Club. Now we have comfortable showers and heavy energy savings. What else can a person ask for? Thanks to the whole team!

Last year in a desperate attempt to get my A/C working with a 1 yr old at the time and a pregnant wife, Chris and Jobob came to the rescue after many failed attempts to contact other companies that came up on a Google search. This year my other unit went out. Chris had a lightning fast response and Jobob was at my door in no time to yet again save the day. Both are absolutely amazing and far exceeded my customer service expectations. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Another great experience with Chris and Jobob! These guys are fantastic.

The toilet wouldn't stop running and the shut off valve was stuck open. They arrived promptly and were able to change the valve and replace the flapper assembly.
I will use them again and recommend highly them.

Super Bowl Sunday 2019 I discovered a Slab leak and although the “timing” was terrible, this time I really “needed” a plumber. My heart dropped. Because, in 2007 I “wanted” a plumber to help me with repairs for both our upstairs bathrooms. I called numerous plumbing companies. The only one that showed up was Rakeman plumbing who made promises and did nothing, so I called a handyman who did worse than nothing. That’s when I realized I needed to bone-up on Utube and try to learn how to fix these plumbing issues or we were gonna have to move. Long story short, my upstairs bathroom faucets weren’t so hard to replace but without the professional plumbing knowledge and/or how to sweat copper with enough confidence as to NOT burn down the house, the showers (our main issue) remained unrepaired.

Getting back on point of our Slab Leak: Based on reviews from the “neighborhood” app, I called A Better Plumber. Low and behold Carla dispatches Juan to our house. This man is amazing! His knowledge of every faucet and facet of plumbing was breathtaking. His workmanship was impeccable. I FINALLY FOUND A BETTER PLUMBING CO! However, due to my husband being a U.S. Federal Magistrate Judge, we happen to be subjected to the results of the Federal Governments “shutdown” and for now, we were pinching pennies with the pending possibility of another “shutdown” . Fortunately, Juan and Monte took care of us without financially breaking us. In the meantime, I look forward to the “Shutdown” being resolved and life getting back to normal so we can have A Better Plumbing Co., send Juan out to repair our 12 year old shower issues.

This place is over priced and won’t repair your AC-they say you need a new one for $17000!!! So I had a friend come out and fix everything for $275

Awesome-Awesome- I called for an emergency water leak and they fit me in this morning. The technician (Keegan) came out to fix the one leak I had and while he was here I asked him if he wouldn't mind taking a look and another potential problem. He checked his schedule and said he could. Well..... I am so happy I had him check. The other issue would have been way worse....he is coming back tomorrow to put in a new hot water heater for me. He told me it wouldn't be a good idea to use the hot water until he gets the new heater in. His office called me already and set up an appointment first thing tomorrow morning.
I would recommend him to anyone.

UPATE 1/2022:We are apart of a maintenance membership and they caught a main leak before it became a major issue. Aron Plazola came to our home the next day and repaired our leak and installed a couple new toilets that we wanted to replace as they were aging. I recommend this company as they are professional, punctual and have helped us maintain our home. He diagnosed the issue with our unit and even fixed wiring for us that could have been dangerous since they were done incorrectly by the previous owners repairs. We agreed and Brendon Moy ended up installing a new water heater the next day. Brendon was thorough and professional. He kept the home clean by putting down plastic over our carpeting where he was working and all the way down the stairs (yes, our WH is upstairs, something the previous owners wanted when the house was built). Great work by Brendon!When it rains it pours of course. We heard a loud clanking from one of our A/C units. Dan was quick to respond and he told us what was going on with the system. We decided our 13 year old unit was in need of replacement too. The next morning we had a new unit meticulously installed once again by the expert installer Brendon Moy with the help of his coworker Clayton who also helped us program our thermostat. Their day was long and I have a better appreciation for the work HVAC technicians do. Our quote was flat and fair, they don’t upsell and no hidden charges. This company and all their technicians are quick to respond, honest, personable and professional. We are first time homeowners and didn’t know what to expect but they helped us along the way. What can I say, they are the BEST in Air Conditioning and Plumbing Repair!

Superior Plumbing and Drain has installed and serviced our water heater and water softener. i had a technical question on the water softener (after hours) and was promptly contacted by Bryce to walk me through my concerns. Bryce and his assistant followed up with a complimentary service call to my home to make sure everything was working efficiently.
