Plumb & Square recently removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless heater in my attic. Rigo and his team are responsive, professional, timely, and communicate throughout the process. The area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were very careful not to cause damage going up and down to the unit and in the removal of an old tank in the attic. After the install, he took the time to explain all of the features and showed me exactly what he did and why each step was taken. I have never dealt with a more professional team, and his price was very fair. Rigo takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. I highly recommend that you call him for your plumbing needs.

I gave this company a call to see if they could fix a plumbing issue that I had with a bathroom vanity. Their response was quick and they showed an interest to help me out on a short notice. Roy and Troy came out, went to work, and addressed the problem even when Louisiana's weather wouldn't cooperate. Very reasonable with the price. You can't go wrong with this company. I called Chris with an emergency as I couldn't find anyone available sooner than 3 days out. He came the same evening and fixed all 3 issues quickly. He was so nice and professional. Highly recommended! His price was reasonable as well. I will call him in the future if needed.

Very professional. Dependable. Communicate well with the customer. On time. When he says he's coming at a certain time he's there at that time. If asking his opinion on whats best for the customer, he's there to give it. I'll recommend this company.

Contracted through home warranty. No call back to schedule an appointment as I was told by receptionist. 2nd time I tried scheduling no one showed up. Not sure if they're worth a darn in plumbing but their receptionist is surely too incompetent for me to find out.

I wish I remembered the man's name, but this company was hired through our warranty company. This company contacted us faster than our warranty company did. The warranty company will usually let us know of updates/changes, but they didn't even get the chance to.

We had a leak from the piping connected to our tub. The guy was able to get in and out in under an hour. (I'm pretty sure it was maybe 30 minutes.) He was polite as all hell, communicated with us clearly with what needed to be done, and didn't leave a disaster behind. Hope our warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection, continues to hire y'all.
