I called Michael after I was having a draining problem with my kitchen sink. He came to my home promptly and started working on the problem. He helped me understand why my sink was stopped up and what I could do to prevent the problem in the future. Michael was very professional, courteous and I will definitely use him again when I need his services.

I had a defective water heater. Mr. Guillerman was kind enough to come by on a Saturday and diagnose the problem. I was in hopes that the problem was only a pipe leak. However, he correctly noted that the water heater was defective. It had been purchased in 2015 and was thus still under warranty. He contacted Rheem, confirmed the need to perform a warranty replacement, and scheduled the work for Monday. On Monday, he called to ask if he could start 30 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. He determined that there was one fitting that needed to be brought up to code. The water heater replacement was completed by 11:30 Both he and his co-worker was courteous and professional.
