On time Plumbing is the only company I will call for all my plumbing & heating air needs!! As a single man with 5 kids money is tight so I have to be extremely cautious of who I can trust to do repairs.....will I be treated fairly? will they take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and give me the best options on how to deal with the problem? will they do the work in a timely manner and be fair with the price of their labor, parts, and service? The owners and employees of On time Plumbing were absolutely incredible! They patiently answered my many questions in terminology I could completely understand. Then showed me exactly what the labor and parts would be and why. They took care of what immediately needed to be done and then..... WENT THE EXTRA MILE by graciously taking care of a seemingly minor, but very irritating plumbing problems that I thought would have to wait until later, and they did it at no charge! I've told everyone, and especially my family & friends!!!

Brian was extremely helpful. He tried to save us money and tried to talk us through unclogging our main drain. He is 100 percent friendly. Unfortunately we couldn’t end up getting it unclogged. Brian came out same day and had a few more powerful tools and got it done for us. At a great price!! Most places were asking $60-$150 just to come look at it, then on top of the that fee they wanna charge $250-$400 for the unclog. Mc Coy & sons charged me less than $100. Great job Brian. Thanks

Quick, Fair, Quality

I do want to voice a concern I had with the service done on our septic tank. When we were trying to isolate the issue, I had two techs come out. They needed to dig up the septic lid to see if the tank needed to be pumped. While taking off the lid it was broken into pieces. I said that was fine, just replace the lid and fill in the hole when you're finished. I came home from the hospital to find the below picture. Broken lid, hole not filled in and job not finished. I called and asked what the plan was and was told Reddi isn’t responsible for damage done to septic system? Really? And if I wanted a new lid, I could go get one myself and fill in the hole, myself, OR the techs could come back with a lid for around $50. I said you guys need to do it as I am very busy and quite frankly, thats part of the job Im paying for. The techs then came back two or three more times, once with the wrong lid and finally with the right lid and finally got everything put back together as it was. My wife then informs me they didn’t charge me $50 as quoted over the phone but $125!!!! THREE TIMES THE QUOTE!! Now I have no intentions of paying the remainder of the bill. Buyer beware, Get all Reddi Industries quotes in writing.

Lefler did some work on my company's new multi-housing development for the first stage of construction. We have had very little trouble out of the finished work. The few things that did crop up were taken care of promptly and professionally. He's been an absolute pleasure to deal with on warranty work compared to some other contractors. This company will stand by its work--highly recommended.
