Wife wanted to switch from electric range to a gas range so we needed a gas line ran. Called Chad at The Real McCoy and he took care of it for us. He not only ran the new line but arranged for the necessary city inspection in time for the delivery and install. Chad went above and beyond to make sure it was done on time. He also found some prior work that was done incorrectly and fixed that for us also. He is very personable and professional. I called Herb this morning with a leak in my basement. He was able to set an appt for noon and even showed up early. He was able to determine my issue and get it fixed for me quickly. He was done before 1pm, and at a fair price. Herb has a new customer in me. I appreciated his fast response today!

Charged me 200.00 to unclog my kitchen sink left still clogged came back. To try again. I was told they got it they left still clogged. Called said they wouldn't come back. This is how they guarantee their work. I rented a snake and did it myself.

Matt has been very thorough and informative while fixing our water heater. He does a great job of explaining his suspicions and how he intends to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem, even outside of his suspicions. At the end of the visit he explained his findings and what he did. This is something I appreciate very much when having services done.
Our home warranty company selected him and contacted him on our behalf, so I’m very thankful he has done such an excellent job. It usually worries me not having a say in who does our repairs, but we’ll be calling Matt for all future repairs.
