After the remodel, I have both! Ben was an excellent communicator and on site daily. Ben’s team was very professional and neat. The quality of their work was fantastic. The kitchen looks amazing.”

I can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Golden Touch Interior! My husband and I are first time homeowners so this was our first home renovation and to say we were nervous about the experience would be an understatement. - As soon as we met with Daniel, he put our minds at ease. His ideas and clear expertise (not to mention fair price) made choosing Golden Touch interior. They started on time, like we originally planned the renovation project. Most, if not all projects were completed on time or early and we were thrilled with the quality! Daniel was our contractor and we were in touch with him almost daily. He was responsive, flexible and a genuine pleasure to work with. I had some special requests and ideas and Daniel and his crew were able to work with us in a professional manner. We love our house, love the bathrooms, kitchen remodel cabinets and granite countertops, painted entire house and new floors that they helped us with and could not recommend their services more!

Signature Kitchen & Bath just finished a complete kitchen remodel for me and I absolutely love my new kitchen! Brady (Project Manager) was excellent at keeping me updated about the everything with the whole remodel. Right before demo day I decided I wanted to tile the entire house instead of just the kitchen, Brady came out to measure and let me know that they would be able to add that to the remodel. All the people that were in my house during the remodel were polite, professional and always took the time to explain any specific things I needed to be aware of the next day. Thanks again Signature Kitchen and Bath, I will definitely be contacting you if I decide to redo my bathrooms!!

Crew was very unreliable.. would not show up on Saturdays. Twice waited all day for them and never showed up. Finally work was completed. Discovered one tile not attached to floor. Called in 3 times. Made appointments for repair by Briana Light. On 3 different occasions they were no call no show. Very disappointed on your follow up service. I’m having to pay a different contractor to repair your work.

I went through my insurance company thinking that by letting them choose a contractor the job would be done right and efficiently. The work was dragged out and a lot of mistakes were made. at some point I gave up trying to get them to come back and do things right. In the end I was stuck with a $3,00 bill that I paid for out of pocket. save yourself the stress and find someone else to do the work.

Dale, Terone, and his team were great to work with. I did a full kitchen remodel, removed structural beams, new HVAC, cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc, and very pleased with how it turned out! Dale was very patient with some of the delays that were not his fault, and never grew frustrated with the process or some of the issues we ran into during the remodel process. He’s honest, fair, and can handle any of your remodel needs! Highly recommend and can get the job done!

We/ve enjoyed working with Sandra and her team right from day one. It's been quite the process-working mostly virtually during the pandemic and while living out of state, but everything has gone smoothly and we are ecstatic with how our project has turned out (better than we envisioned!)

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

We had Javier (DESO) working as a sub under a GC on a remodel we did to our house that took about 10 months so we got to know him pretty well in that time. Yes, he is very knowledgeable and when he does get to a project he does a pretty good job. However, it was exceedingly difficult to get him to show up in a timely manner and, in the end, he abandoned us with work remaining to complete that was agreed upon and paid for. The most disappointing aspect of this is that we actually thought we had established a pretty good relationship with him after the amount of time we spent working with him.

Excellent work on my bathroom! Work was done quickly and professionally. Would recommend highly to anyone looking to remodel.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.

Saw an ad on the web advertising replacement unit's at low price. Tried contacting them after 3rd attempt I was successful! I was then told they really don't do that anymore, that it's an old page on the web. Yet when you google the page it is attached to their current website.
Sound's shaky if not deceiving to me.
