JM Contracting was recommended to us by a friend as detailed, trustworthy and honest. Josh and his team were great. The tile work is beautiful. They had great suggestions to help with cost. In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. The renovation was completed with the utmost professionalism, minimal dirt and disturbance to the rest of the house. They were a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this business to anyone wanting a trouble-free quality renovation.

We asked Andrew to talk us through options with our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel and he was able to provide some amazing ideas and suggestions. All the work was professionally done and it was great to see everything come together. We ended up tearing down a kitchen wall, moving plumbing, electrical, and water lines, and a complete gutting and redo of our bathroom. Both look awesome!

The work was done in mid January.
We were having an issue with a new dryer we had bought. AZ Electrical Solutions fit us in within a day or two and did a great job. Their electrician was prompt and early at 7am. Found out that our dryer outlet was never installed into our breaker but he took care of it.
Definitely worth the price and would recommend to others.

Daniel replaced our outdated carpeting with beautiful hardwood floors throughout our 2 story home. He also did 3 inch baseboards. His company also repainted our kitchen cabinets and installed new hardware. He suggested crown molding on the cabinet tops which turned out beautifully. He was here on time everyday and stayed as long as we would let him. He accommodating to changes and his work is superior. Great customer service. We have already hired him back to remodel our laundry room!

These guys remodeled our dental office front area and did a wonderful job, I would recommend if your looking for a quality contractor that doesn't overcharge for their service!

I hired Ochoa Plastering to do some stucco repairs after another contractor sent by what I'll just call a large well marketed window replacement company did a sub-par job. But Ubaldo did a FANTASTIC job in making the stucco around our new windows look like it was supposed to- now you can't even tell that the windows were replaced because the stucco around them matches the original house stucco perfectly, and I don't consider our texture an easy one to match. While he was there I also had him stucco two small columns next to a yard gate, and again he matched the adjacent texture perfectly. He did amazing work, charged a fair price, was easy to communicate with, and left a clean work site. I would not hesitate to hire him again and would highly recommend him!

Full disclosure: I worked at Form Third from 2014 until 2020 on the administrative side (office manager), but I wanted to leave a quick review to share what I saw when I worked there.

First off, architecture and construction are complicated businesses and many firms just fly by the seat of their pants, letting the project run itself. The leaders at Form Third are particularly adamant about following project management processes that encourage documentation, accurate scheduling, and quality control. I watched Form Third grow from about 4 employees to over 15 employees, and in that time, the team always worked to improve their processes and ensure they did things the right way.

The leaders at Form Third encourage a culture of transparency and communication. They do not want to participate in the whole business of underbidding a job only to change order the owner to death later on. When they quote a job, they are fair with their prices, and when they design or build, they believe in providing a quality project because they take pride in their work. They have good relationships with their subcontractors, and their superintendents encourage the right behavior on jobs sites, focused on safety, respect, and professionalism. They treat their employees well with competitive compensation and an inclusive, respectful (and sometimes fun) work environment.

Are they perfect? No, but nobody is. Ultimately, they are fair and honest, and if they make a mistake with a client, subcontractor, or employee, they try hard to make it right.
