Justin was awesome. He was awesome. Technically it was a dte issue that they said was not there problem. As a home owner I was stuck trying to deal with dte which was frustrating. Even after being here twice they still claimedit was not their problem. Justin cut through all the red tape and had them here in an hour and even talked to the dte guys to make them find and fix the problem. It was great.

This is a small local business. You are dealing with the owner. He does not have a crew. He is always friendly, prompt and professional. Unlike other electricians that I have worked with, his prices are fair. I am always confident when consulting with him on a project and know that my customers trust the work he does. There is no doubt that I would use A-1 in my own home if I needed work done. I give A-1 my highest recommendation for quality of service, reliable repair, and reasonable price.

I am extremely disappointed with Troy Olsen. I asked him to fix the outlets in the bathrooms that don’t work and now the outlet in the living room isn’t working either and worst of all the breaker will not reset. Troy did the service on April 29th and gave me a warranty for his job, however, the issue persists. I asked him to come and honor his warranty and he reschedule the appointment twice .. I called him , text him and no answer. My husband texted him and he said he would come the next day. He said he would send a text 30 minutes before coming. The next day came and he never called. Very unprofessional, does not honor his work.
