I am extremely disappointed with Troy Olsen. I asked him to fix the outlets in the bathrooms that don’t work and now the outlet in the living room isn’t working either and worst of all the breaker will not reset. Troy did the service on April 29th and gave me a warranty for his job, however, the issue persists. I asked him to come and honor his warranty and he reschedule the appointment twice .. I called him , text him and no answer. My husband texted him and he said he would come the next day. He said he would send a text 30 minutes before coming. The next day came and he never called. Very unprofessional, does not honor his work.

Do not return calls Did not honor written contract. Not recommended.

I was beyond pleased with the efficiancy and level of expertise the owner, Bob, displayed. He and his crew were not invasive and didn a wonderful and professional job at my home and business. i definitely recommend!

The owner is a shady guy. Believes any electric issue his guys caused was not their fault. Dose not honor his work
