Lucious is an outstanding plumber and a great human being. He located a leak that others couldn't find and stuck around to fix it. He had all the supplies on his truck and proceeded to fix the pipe and then he checked my entire water heater for leaks. He explained things and showed me as he went along the job. I am 110% satisfied. His price was more than fair.

The people at Rainaldi did a great job. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and nice, and someone got dispatched within a couple of hours to clean out my main drain line. And Lee came out and did a great job and explained everything and was very professional and helpful. I was able to utilize a $93 sewer line clean out special.
Now all my house drains work properly again!

Picture it: It's 11:30pm on Easter Sunday and just when I'm about to go to bed the shower turns into an unstoppable fountain of steaming hot water. We were having work done on our home and suddenly discovered a water leak in the wall. As Luis had already completed several jobs over the past year for us (installing a new water heater and several toilets), we called him. He immediately answered and was able to come out that night. Water leaks are scary and it was a big relief to know he was on his way over. Luis is very professional, extremely knowledgeable with competitive pricing. Used RePipe Specialist recently to replace our 23 year old polybutylene pipes that my new insurance company didn’t like,(never had a single leak, but poly seems to be a bad word with insurance companies). They came as indicated, the work was done flawlessly, quick and with care. The drywall repairs were done a few days later and was also a great experience. Yes, expect some drywall dust even though they take their time to clean after themselves. It was a big project, but this company made it easy. Their workers were all great, friendly and professional.

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.

while it was parked in the middle of the
day, he agreed to assist me in getting
into a new one because he is the sole
one responsible for the situation. Turns
out he was uninsured, and was
supposed to be holding a commercial
insurance policy. After giving him a great deal of time and being extremely reasonable and understanding even given the circumstances, Carlos has become totally unresponsive. Looking at the reviews it seems as though Carlos does not have the ability to communicate properly with clients, potential clients and others who truly need to contact him.
