These folks aren't the cheapest in town, but they're are absolutely fantastic. We had 4 different companies come out that didn't come close to Pro-Tech. We love the service, and our A/C is spectacular. If you're in a position to where you have to go through the pain of buying a new A/C unit, I strongly suggest Pro-Tech.

Procedures and cost well explained up front. We did some negotiating and settled on a excellent plan and cost. We also took out their yearly Maintenace plan as were so impressed by the technicians and their work.

Christian was my technician and did an excellent job! He was here in no time had to go under the house did the job in record time!
I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. If you need a great plumber, please call Pat's Plumbing.

Fantastic price, service, and quality

The worse service and customer service I have ever received. Bryan the technician completely destroyed my front lawn attempting to pull out a snake that he got caught in the line without asking for my authorization prior to doing so. He said the job was very difficult and that he pulled a big clog out. All I saw was one paper towel. I asked to see what was pulled out, he said it was went down the pipes already. When I called in to speak to customer service. Elvira, was so rude. She said “Either pay the bill or we’ll put a lien on your house, you can try to fight it, but it’s not my first rodeo.” Stay away, do not recommend.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

John Chambers is not honorable person , he is one man show and never finish work. He agreed to do a job for us and he got couple of service call so put our job aside , he even told us he got couple of service calls after our job and he also think (not sure) there is a bigger job is coming his way so he can't do our work, he wasted our time for half a day to show him different jobs and he simply don't follow thru. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY TO FINISH THE JOB, DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY UPFRONT MONEY AND IF YOU CAN AVOID DEALING WITH HIM GO TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR HE ONLY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS GUY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
